In the article, “Let's Understand the Bill of Rights” you learned that the Bill of Rights was added to the U.S. Constitution in order to guarantee personal freedoms to citizens of the United States. Which of the ten amendments you learned about in the article do you think is the most important? Why? Explain your reasoning.
The Bill of Rights was created to give us rights we deserve. It has 10 amendments. The amendment that I think is most important is the first one. The first amendment Is freedom of speech, press, and religion. This is a good thing because you can speak out against people and write things that help people. Finally you can keep your religion and keep doing what you love. My blog is an example of free speech by the first amendment. My blog may not be allowed in China because they do not have these special rights.
